Still better

During my visit to Krist today he seemed more awake and present than earlier. He had eaten several meals today. He was anxious about the fact that he could not move his right leg. I touched him under his foot, but he said it was painful. From the nurses I learned that they suspected that he might have had a stroke. They had requested a CT-scan of him. When a nurse was re-adjusting his position in bed, he screamed out loudbecause of pain in his leg. Afterwards, I noticed that he now was able to move his toes. Something had happened with his leg — I don’t know if it was the pain or what triggered that he now could have more control over his leg. Still he could not lift it up, but it is an encouragement that he is continuing to improve his condition.
